Huarui Aerospace Manufacturing Co., Ltd. (Huarui) is established on November 20, 2019 in Hangzhou, with registered capital of $334 million. Huarui’s business scope is commercial aircraft metal and composite parts manufacturing, aviation structural component assembly, aviation technical services, aftersales services, and aircraft spare parts maintenance services.

The CR929 aircraft is a composite twin-aisle commercial aircraft jointly developed by COMAC and UAC. It will be designed to meet the fast growing global demand for international and regional air passenger transport. The Sino-Russian twin-aisle long-range aircraft will have a baseline version called CR929-600, with range of 12,000 km and seats for 280 passengers. There will also be a shorter variant called CR929-500, and a longer variant called CR929-700.
Huarui expects to be a fuselage section provider on the CR929 aircraft.

4.Apply knowledge of structural analysis (e.g., materials technology, finite element modeling, static analysis, fatigue analysis, damage tolerance analysis, thermal analysis, vibration analysis, structural testing, etc.) to determine structural adequacy for customer requirements and regulatory compliance.
5.Collaborate on structural design, manufacturing, and post-delivery of products.
4.Skills in Catia (V5, Composite workbench, fibersim) is preferred

2.Perform detailed sizing and analysis of engineering detailed parts and assemblies
3.Calculate and provide requisite property data for internal loads finite element model generation
4.Extract and utilize finite element analysis internal loads data
5.Provide stress support input and review of 2D Layouts and 3D models in support of the design development process and engineering releases
6.Produce structural analysis substantiation Strength Check Notes/Reports in support of certification
