1. Bachelor's degree or above;
2. Mechanical design and manufacturing, process equipment control, electromechanical integration and other related majors;
3. Proficient in drawing tools, possessing rich knowledge in maintenance and renovation of engineering machinery and equipment;
4. At least 5 years of relevant experience in equipment technology;
5. Technical experience in aviation composite manufacturing and assembly equipment (such as hot pressing tanks, wire laying machines, gantry drilling and milling equipment) is preferred;
6. Experience in structural design, fixture design, and non-standard product design is preferred.
1. Responsible for the surface treatment and painting of aircraft body structural components, as well as the preparation of corresponding equipment program files. Responsible for solving surface treatment and painting technical problems, improving quality, and improving efficiency.
2. Responsible for optimizing the production process of surface treatment, painting and other processing and manufacturing processes, addressing producibility issues, technical and quality issues arising from various stages of production.
3. Responsible for the application of tooling, tools, equipment, and other facilities required for the surface treatment and painting of aircraft body structural components during the manufacturing process, as well as the application of material quota and working hour quota. Assist in conducting technical trade-offs, production capacity analysis, and cost research.
4. Responsible for the preparation, issuance, and maintenance of technical documents, ensuring the effective implementation of technical requirements and the standardized and effective management of technical documents.
5. Responsible for assisting in the manufacturing and assembly of composite material forming processes, assisting in the completion of material quotas, tooling technical orders, special process maintenance, process document preparation, technical problem solving, quality improvement, and efficiency improvement throughout the entire manufacturing process.
6. Responsible for assisting in the preparation of various program reports such as the overall project process plan, part process plan, and technical breakthrough plan.
7. Responsible for assisting in developing (or guiding) detailed manufacturing plans, applying advanced manufacturing technologies, continuously improving manufacturing processes, and supporting various product designs, developing detailed work instructions for manufacturing operations, and ensuring that delivered products meet all engineering design requirements.
8. Responsible for completing the relevant work of technical training materials in accordance with the requirements of the technical training system, and implementing various types of technical training

1. Bachelor's degree or above, with dual first-class universities or 211/985 engineering universities or overseas universities of the same level. Those with experience in aircraft manufacturing main engine factories can be relaxed appropriately;
2. Majors in chemical engineering and materials related fields such as Chemical Engineering and Technology, Surface Chemistry, and Fundamentals of Materials Science, with at least 5 years of relevant work experience;
3. Master professional knowledge such as industrial material surface engineering technology, surface treatment equipment operation and maintenance technology, material surface analysis and testing technology, and have certain surface treatment and chemical analysis abilities;
4. Familiar with the basic knowledge of aircraft component manufacturing, understand the basic theoretical knowledge of aviation composite material structural component manufacturing, and have a certain level of research spirit;
5. Possess certain abilities in literature review, material summarization and organization, and document writing;
6. Familiar with engineering design software such as CATIA and CAD, with the ability to program CNC equipment;
7. Serious and responsible in work, rigorous and meticulous, strong ability to work under pressure, able to work overtime according to needs, with good teamwork spirit and communication skills;
8. Possess good written and oral English skills;
9. Experience in surface treatment or painting of aircraft body structural components is preferred.
